Hi, I know this game is generally problematic to emulate, but I feel like I'm having a different problem than everyone else that I've found. I'm able to start and run the game through the introduction, create a save file, and so on, until it gets to the title screen with the boat. I press A to start the game, the screen goes white, and then the app crashes. I'm able to get past this part if I change the "Video Backend" to "Software" or "Null". This causes no video to be shown, but I can tell I pass this point from the audio. However, OpenGL and Vulkan both crash at the same point, right after the title screen.

I tried using a different video backend, passing that point, creating a quick save, then changing the video backend back to OpenGL. I intended to open the game and try to load the save, but the game crashes immediately, before I am able to load the save (not sure if it's trying to load the save automatically or if something else is going on).

I haven't heard anyone else have this problem, and I'm somewhat shocked because the introduction plays extremely smoothly. Let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

As a last resort, you could try what I describe in this topic: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-pa...e-prologue

But chances are that this game just isn't going to work on your device.

Thanks for the suggestion, and sorry for the repost. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Are there devices that will run this game? What's different between them and my device (Galaxy S8+)?

The Nvidia Shield TV or a PC. Maybe (I'm not sure) there might be some particular phone that it works on too, but who knows what kind of phone that would be, and that it works doesn't necessarily mean that it runs fast...

All Android phones have bad graphics drivers.

This issue is an issue with bounding box specifically, which is not a feature that Twilight Princess uses. But either way, the issue that the original poster of this topic had is indeed supposed to be fixed now. Not sure what's going wrong for GoodOle_Scoot, since the crash only happened on OpenGL ES to begin with.

I'm using Pixelbook Go and Paper Mario crashes after the intro as described above.
