PAPER MARIO HELP PLEASE!!

I've had no (major) problems with paper Mario and the thousand year door up until I tried to rescue the puni elder. I grabbed the red key from the X-Naut you can't flee from. When I open the cage, however, the game hangs. If it helps, I'm:
1. using genuine Intel Dual-Core hardware clocked @ about 2ghz
2. using the official dolphin 2.0 build.
3. using the DX9 Plug-in as I'm using genuine Intel Hardware.
Please Help Me!!

Try a new rev.
If it isn't fixed try to use JITIL or Interpreter(warning slow)
This is a known Issue.
