I played Paper Mario past chapter 1 but now when I try to load the iso for the game Dolphin just crashes. All other games work just fine, its only for Paper Mario. I'm using Dolphin 3.0, anybody else have this problem or have any idea how to fix it?

What type of crash? Any specific error message?

Try to delete the shader cache files, they might be corrupted.
