Sorry, it's a bit of an oversight in how files get copied to the dolphin-emu folder. For now, I think you can get around the problem by deleting the Dolphin app's data once. (The dolphin-emu folder probably doesn't need to be deleted, but I'm not sure.) That will make Dolphin copy the new files to the dolphin-emu folder. Alternatively, you can go into dolphin-emu/GC/ and rename font_ansi.bin to font_western.bin and font_sjis.bin to font_japanese.bin (or copy them, in case you need to use older versions of Dolphin later).
