I am running Dolphin 5.0.2243, upgraded to see if the Sideways wiimote stuff made it in, but thats beside the point.
When I open a Game, in the bottom of the screen, I see a message bubble stating:
Panic Alert: Error: Trying to access Windows-1252 fonts but they are not loaded. Games may not show fonts correctly, or crash.

I am running this on a Shield TV 2015 Model with the new 5.0.2 firmware. I wasn't able to load any games in Vulkan mode as it crashed, but OpenGL worked.
Not sure if this message is related to other things happening, but thought I would point it out.
