PAL Gecko Codes hacker

Hello everybody,

after I tried to find someone on three forums, I'll try it here now. Are there still any hackers who make Gecko Codes?
I asked four hackers personally and they all said that they don't want to code for the Wii anymore.

For the start, I'd like to have a time toggle code for Canoeing in Wii Sports Resort (PAL).

I once considered to learn how to make Gecko Codes but I neither have a Wii anymore nor a USBGecko.
