The SCP Drivers are a 360 input wrapper, so to your system the DS3 is a 360 Controller. And 360 controllers work with everything for the past 8 years, and everyone else through Dinput. In other words, yes, it would work. I've used my DS3 with SCP drivers in Burnout Paradise, Arkham Asylum, Lost Souls, and many many other PC games.
