Pad Problems.

I just downloaded Dolphin a little while ago and I have Tales of Symphonia, but when I try to play it it gives me the error message. "Error loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: can't read info." than "Can't find any PAD Plugins" than "Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration."

What do I do?

when I go to config the pingins work fine for everything, except the pad and wiimote are blank.

Using Vista, and tried to update DX, but it said I already have the newest... :\
I'm using Dolphin SVN Build 3404

system:
RAM: 4GB
Possessor: Intel® Core™2 Dou CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
Memory: 286GB
OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT graphics

Update your DirectX.

i updated dx but that didnt do anything and im trying to figure out how to get a different plugin for my controller but nothings working
