Pad problems in Zelda TP

Hello everyone, new here and I have a problem...

Alright it goes like this, I have a new pad a Saitek P380 (pretty good I might add) but when I play Zelda Twilight Princess I can't use the L, R nor Z buttons... This is really annoying since I have to use them in the beginning of the game to continue so if anyone have the same problem and got it fixed, please let me know and if anyone know how to solve the problem anyone, feel free to tell me

At the moment Njoy's trigger buttons don't work.

So you're screwed unless you have a 360 controller around.
