hi i am on mac osx 10.6, and i just ordered a 3 in one Magic Joy Box Usb game controller to use with my gc pad and dolphin. and dolphin sees it and i can configure it but when i try to play super mario galaxy, i hit a+B and get to the screen with the asteroids but i dont know how to hit an asteroid. so i went in to the wiimote configuration and my configuration was erased! i had to enter all the buttons in again. i really need help, as my wii is at nintendo being fixed and i am really bored!!!

thx for any help!
Shawn

Mac.. mmm... probably a mouse issue for the mac version of Dolphin.

The mouse is the default emulated device in the win version for the wiimote infrared pointer (IR) and perhaps it's not yet implemented in mac.

Mario Galaxy needs a wiimote (either emulated or real), so your gc pad is pretty useless I'm afraid without proper mouse support for the IR in Dolphin for mac.

I haven't tried Dolphin for mac yet, so I'm not sure if there's some way to emulate the IR (which you need in order to have a pointer and hit the asteroids). Maybe other mac users can help here.

The "Wiimote New Incomplete" plugin in the svn should allow you to control the IR pointer with a gamepad analog stick on OS X.

What svn are you using? I'm gonna give it a shot with my mac and my joypad back at home. Can you provide a link with the svn you are using? Your script to compile looks interesting but I can't test it right now (is it working?).
