Probably because we only have a few developers who might be able to fix it, and they only have so much time to work on these things. Or hey, maybe they just don't feel like doing it. Developers have no obligation to work on anything they don't want to. If you want it fixed, stopped attacking the developers and go recruit more who can, and are willing to fix it.

Well for the most part I am grateful that the devs still work on the emulator because since they are Human like us they could just say "forget about it" and just go on with their lives. They will fix it when they do since none of you guys that are complaining are doing anything about it so either just A. play another game or B. Help the Devs out by learning how to code and contribute to Dolphin.
