For some reason, all of the textures are overlapping. It might be a little hard to see in the screenshots, but the sections of the area appear over everything else. All of the models for the charachters have overlapping textures too. When i load luigi's mansion, all of the trees are overlapping, and luigi is nowhere to be seen. Gameplay speed is not really a problem. I get 30 fps on average, occassionally dropping to 20. I have to limit it to 30 fps, or it runs at like 5 times normal speed

Here are the graphics settings i have:

OS: Windows Vista (64 Bit)
Processor: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5200 2.50 GHZ
RAM: 4.00 GB
Graphics Card: Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

No your rev is the fastest here .If you update to lastest your framerate will slower by half and the graphic problem stand still (The lastest revision require a strong graphic card to run smoothly.Make sure your PC is not a laptop so you can upgrade your graphic card .
Your gfx card(onboard) is worst and lowest score here.Dolphin need a medium-strong gfx card to run that's why the onboard suck.Because some user run dolphin with a onboard card and got the same problem as you had

Well, that would explain it... I have the same graphics card that came with the computer, so it is probably a crappy one. Any suggestions for one that can handle dolphin, and isn't too expensive?

How much you can afford 20-80-120USD ?
Nvidia 8400GS(20USD,bad but ok),Nvidia 8600GT(80USD,medium),Nvidia 9800GT(120USD,best fullspeed alotof game)
The ATi price are too high ,if you like ati buy one with directx11
For best performance, buy one (1000point or above) from http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html

Hang on, don't graphics cards allow the computer to process pictures/video faster? Wouldn't a crappy gfx card make it laggy, not screw up the textures? My fps is fine, its just the screwy textures.
