No, if you have a CPU that will allow you to up the multiplier even more, i would recommend you tick that first before anything else.
You can still gain decent overclocks without the need of an increase in voltage. I wouldn't quite advise a novice to screw around with voltages.. Edit: you should do research actually to find the voltage tolerance of said processor.

Increasing the multiplier instead of the bus speed allows you to increase the core clock rate without putting additional strain on the NB therefore it is very preferable to use if your cpu has an unlocked multiplier.
