Those CPU coolers don't look very good, first thing I'd do is check the temperatures of your CPU's with something like coretemp. You should use prime95 to stress each core and report what the temperatures are after about 30 minutes.

Ah I use Windows and Linux but always do my stress testing on Windows cause it's easier ^_^ I'm not sure about linux stress testing programs but I'll have a look.

EDIT: To clarify I said it's easier because I learnt about overclocking and how to overclock through windows based articles with windows based programs so that's why I use windows for stress testing.

There's a list of software you can use for benchmarking/stress testing here. I use prime95 which is brilliant for putting stronger stress on the CPU than any program you'd use in real life to test for errors with your overclock, if it gives an error then you need to either increase the voltage to your CPU or reduce the overclock. There's a Linux version called mprime. Here's the link to the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. But before you start overclocking wait for NaturalViolence to write you that guide or look online for some overclocking guides. Overclocking is something that you should do extensive research about before attempting.

According to the intel PDF document on the 5100 series I THINK I deduced that the max temperature the CPU should reach is 65C. So you have about 15C headroom for overclocking, for your maximum overclock you don't want to go above 65C. As for the overclocking process I'm REALLY hoping someone will explain......I'm far too hot to do a full winded explaination today ^_^
