It depends on what you're doing, but those temps are kinda on the high side for me, but it isn't too hot for the card.
i am mostly playing killing floor 2 with it, the witcher 3, etc. the temperatures go from 81-83 degrees, before they have been like 78-80 degrees and i didn't have any problems, also tested it with the benchmarks valley and heaven and its also about 81-83 degrees hot
