overclock for a i5 3750K?

What would be the recommended overclock for a i5 3570K I mostly play GC games but I will be playing zelda skyward sword as soon as I can get my friend to dump my disc to a image file(my dvd drive fails at it)

If I can get a really cheap wii console I will also like to use LLE audio and I know that needs a lot of clock speed also.

I have a hyper 212 EVO cooler (yet to be installed) which will be used when overclocked.

All PC specs are in sig and my mobo bios is up to date if that helps.

If you can hit 4.5GHz "Stable" (as in it doesn't overheat while running dolphin and passes Prime95 hours on end), then go 4.5GHz. Imo, go as high as you can, but 4.2-4.4 GHz should be mostly fine like what was said earlier.

i5 3570k @ 4.2GHz beats i5 2500k @ 4.5GHz
i5 3570k @ 4.4GHz should be more than enough for most games

Ok thanks, for the info for now I will be running in HLE until i can either buy a wii cheap or convince a friend to sell me his hardly used wii for £50
