Hi everyone!

Since I'm pretty much lost in despair, I wish you guys could help me !

So here's the situation : I recently bought this : http://www.amazon.com/GameCube-Controller-Adapter-Nintendo-Wii-U/dp/B00TYS2F70/ref=sr_1_19?ie=UTF8&qid=1431795795&sr=8-19&keywords=gamecube+adapter , which is a generic of the Gamecube Controller adapter for WiiU.

Obviously, I bought it in order to play some videogames on your fantastic Emulator, Dolphin. Unfortunately, when I plug in the Adapter, well it is not recognized by my computer : when I try to look for it in the list of devices, it doesn't appear at all... (even after 20000 refreshs).

So before anyone asking I'll post what I'm up to : first of, I've downloaded the last version of Dolphin (4.0-6266). Then, you guys have to know that I suck a lot at installing some stuff on my computer (newbie confirmed). Yet, I've learned about a .kext to install or some pkg to open, but still : nothing happens...

I know that the adapter can be recognised (based on the commentaries from other people who used it / I've plugged it into my PC and it appears to be some WU-208 device)

So yeah, I'm kinda worried about my purchase, since it cost me some money and I wouldn't like to see it as a waste...

I'm relying on you guys ! Thanks a lot for all the advices / tips that you guys could give to me , hoping that it would eventually work!

Hi !
Yes I indeed tried this way, but I don't know if I'm doing it really wrong, or it just doesn't work. Even after I installed the .kext (I suppose I did it well...), the WUP-028 doesn't show up in the device's list of Dolphin....

If you guys are in the same situation as me, please tell me how did you solve this issue!
Thanks!

It shouldn't show up in the list of decides, GC adapter is a separate option.
