osd hotkeys

its good idea to make hotkeys for fast gfx config so who wants to reguest for hotkeys ? (thats not means iam gong to add it) but maybe some one going to add it
well iam going to request now!!!
i want an osd hotkey for (use safe textures cache) thats helps to show the talk messages in some games and one of them is ((harvest moon TOT))
