Surprising that it isn't recommended more often, it works flawlessly. Unfortunately my old Macbook Pro isn't quite up to spec for using Dolphin, so I'm going to buy a bluetooth dongle for my PC gaming rig and go from there. Thanks again!
There's nothing to configure within WJoy itself aside from just connecting the remote. In Dolphin's GCpad window, you'll want to set the Device to "Input/0/Wiimote (xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx)" and do the usual click-button-in-UI-then-press-button-on-remote routine.
