Hey guys, I've got Dolphin installed fine on my Mac, but still haven't been able to run a game.

I've looked around a lot, and I know that there are many problems with running this on Mac, but I can't find a solution.

First off, I cannot run it using OpenGL. No matter what settings I alter, I will always get a black screen. This includes disabling dual-core, enabling XFB, using JITIL, etc. If I use the Dolphin renderer, I can get the game to run, but keyboard inputs fail. The GCPad has my mouse set as the device for some reason, and if I change it to the keyboard, Dolphin will *instantly* quit.

Any keyboard inputs will just give the loud beep sound when trying to use them in a game.

The gamecube control pad does not appear as a plugin, either. Just the graphics, wiimote, and DSP plugins.

I have the most up to date build of Dolphin for Mac, and my hardware is:

Quad-Core @ 2.66ghz
4gb RAM
512mb ATI Graphics

I don't think Dolphin works right in Snow Leopard yet.

Might be, but I think I've read or seen that it has been used in Snow Leopard.

Eh, don't worry about it guys. I got annoyed with the problem, so I just went out and bought the gamecube game I've been wanting to play. Had to go to a few stores, but I finally found it Smile.

Good news, i think i found a solution.
Download the disk image in the comment section of http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/wiki/MacOSX_Build
It's from before they switched to the new GCPad plugin.
I just switched the plugins and it recognized my ps3 controller Big Grin
