Hi

I bought the original Wii Nunchuck and Wiimote Motion Plus. I connected it via Bluetooth On My Desktop. The Wiimote is detected and works fine, but whenever i try to play any games like Mario Galaxy, WWE 12, Zelda Twilight Princess. The games prompts an error stating Please connect Nunchuck to the Wiimote and I have it already connected. Please Help me If I am doing anything wrong here....

Press "Alt-F5" many times to disconnect and reconnect wiimote ingame . This does fix the integrated Motion Plus issue (Built in Motion Plus is not recognized by Dolphin ) in Zelda SS , not sure about your nunchuk problem . You may give it a try

i would like to know if the original nunchuck can be used on dolphin or not...cos i have tried alt F5 as well on mario galaxy 2 and zelda.....after a point the game won't budge even after disabling and enabling the wiimote ingame number of times. If the nunchuck can be used on dolphin which version of dolphin does it work on and the games which are tried and tested on dolphin with the original nunchuck.

It can, but are you 100% sure the nunchuck and wiimote is genuine? Many are sold online as genuine but are not. Both 3.5 stable and the latest dev version will work fine.

How do I check that now whether its a genuine or a fake nunchuck... because i can say that the wiimote is but i have my doubts now about the nunchuck

I doubt the nunchuk would be a problem as long as the wiimote is genuine, also if you have doubts about it I'd say it's fake :p

If it has Nintendo logo , it will be 70% genuine (There are some fake wiimotes /nunchuks that look exactly the same as an original one)
