I'm running Dolphin x64 4.0-9472. Haven't touched it in a while so I downloaded the newest version and now for some reason none of the options in the enhancements tab(internal resolution, AA, ...) works!

No changes in either OpenGL or D3D.

Edit: Just tried 4.0.2 and it works...

Intel Core i7 920, 16GB RAM, GTX 550ti.

Make sure realxfb is off.
