Optimize in-game speed?

Hi,
Here's my specs of my PC : Intel core 2 duo E8400 3.0Ghz with 3.0 Gig Ram. And graphic card : ati radeon hd 3800 series.
When I play super mario galaxy 1, i have some slow moments during the game (can go about 50% of the real speed), is there a way or a change in the configurations that I can do?

Change the efb scale from integral to 2x or 1x.

still slow, even at wii sports, i only got 50% speed with average 29 fps

I have the same processor and a slower gpu, but I get better than 50% with EFB set to fractional and resolution at 800 x 600.

Can we have your settings?

Make sure audio throttle is off, efb copy is set to texture, and emulate format changes is off.

Advanced settings : skip GC bios ON , Cpu emulator engine JIT recompiler

- Display :
video backend : direct3d9 , FUllscreen display 800x600 , Window Size 640x480
Interface settings : use panic handlers ON

- Audio :
DSP emulator Engine : DSP HLE emulation , enable DTF music ON, Enable andio throttle ON


NOTE : the options not tell are at OFF, not selected.

aspect ratio : Auto
- Enhancements :
Anisotropic filtering 1x , Anti-aliasing None , Load Native Mipmaps ON , EFB Scaled Copy ON

Scale 2x , Enable CPU Access ON , Emulate format changes ON , Copy enable ram

I did the change that naturalviolence told, wiisports it change at 100% it's great. At supermario galaxy 1, there's an amelioration, but i got some 50% when I'm on a big planet.
Any others change could fix it?

SMG will have slowdowns in some places on anything other than an i7 setup.
