Hi, I've been using Dolphin for a bit, and I've been wanting to find out the best possible graphics settings for my computer. And by "Best possible settings", I mean, the best image quality with the best performance. My specs are as follows:

Processor: Intel Core i7-2630QM, codenamed "Sandy Bridge" @ 2.00 GHz (can overclock to 2.60 GHz)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Graphics: nVidia GeForce GT 525M w/ Optimus
RAM: 6 GB DDR3

More detailed summary attached

If you have a 4 Core CPU, you could also try to check "OpenMP Texture Decoder". This option can fix micro stuttering (if it's present).
