Sounds like you are trying to use the 64-bit version on a 32-bit operating system or the archive you downloaded got corrupted somehow. If you have a 32-bit operating system try (re)downloading the x86 build of Dolphin, if you have a 64-bit operating system (re)download the x64 build of Dolphin.
