so i dowload this with out a problem and i see it comes in a zip file BUT HOW THE HECK DO I FIND THE PROGRAM the bumd thing tells me this "connot excatute"C:\DOCUME~1\myname\LOCALS~1\Temp\rar$EX00.890\dolphin\DSPTool.exe" (or dolphin.exe) i have a windows xp and dowoaded dolphin_64.zip

dont run the emu from the zip >_>
extract it first

thats the problem it wont extract

now it says when i extracted it "C:\documents and settings\myname\desktop\dolphin.exe is not valid win32 appliction

Sounds like you are trying to use the 64-bit version on a 32-bit operating system or the archive you downloaded got corrupted somehow. If you have a 32-bit operating system try (re)downloading the x86 build of Dolphin, if you have a 64-bit operating system (re)download the x64 build of Dolphin.

That's probably x64 on 32 bits
