Question 
When I Open Dolphin And Then I Try To Play A Game It Says:
can't create opengl

can you help?
(ive tried all builds and download all stuff needed)

He's not asking about DirectX, what's your video card (ATI, GeForce or Intel and specify which one)?

Sorry, but Intel chipsets are not supported by Dolphin OpenGL plugin. Dolphin requires OpenGL 2.1 to be supported, but your card lacks it. Try Direct3D from previous revisions (near 2400-2500).

Put in "Plugins" folder and then run Dolphin and choose it as graphics plugin instead of OpenGL
