Hey everyone. I tried to run the ISO of Wind Waker on Dolphin 5.0. and it gave me the following errors:

From what I understand, I realize only certain graphics cards can support OpenGL versions. I did some research on my graphics card and the results were inconclusive on whether or not my card supports OpenGL3. The error message itself questions me on that matter.

On to the next error. The message says my driver supports GLSL 1.20. But does this mean only 1.20, or 1.20 and up? I'm going to update my graphics and video drivers and then try.

Here is my graphics card:

The simple answer is that your integrated graphics doesn't meet the requirements.  You'll need to update your graphics card
Windows 11 Home x64
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia Rtx 2060 6GB
32.0 GB DDR4 RAM

So is this the case for Windwaker or all of Dolphin?

All of Dolphin. The entire emulator expects support for OpenGL 3.3 or greater and GLSL 1.3 or greater.

Your integrated graphics only supports up to OpenGL 2.1 -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_graphics_processing_units#Fifth_generation So it's an issue of getting better hardware rather than upgrading drivers.

It's been a while since I played on a computer with that broken of Intel Graphics, but can't you play with D3D11?

Probably not? That version of the Intel HD Graphics only supports DX 10.1 at the most, going by the chart I posted.

Does our D3D11 code not fallback to D3D10 if the D3D11 is not present?

It's mostly D3D10 anyways from what degasus told me. Intel users should be fine.
