So games would run at 50 to 60 fps with opengl. However dolphin always crashes with this option. D3D 11 runs at 30 fps pretty much all the time. But i got no choice because it actually runs.
Hardware
I7 3770 hyper threads and turbo ON
16 gigs ram
Not sure what else would be important but Windows 10 and running on hd 4000

The Direct3D 11 backend is the only one that still works with the Intel HD 4000. Also, keep in mind some games might exhibit minor graphical glitches due to this iGPU not supporting all DirectX 11 optional features...
