Last working build for me is 4.0-427. No errors, game boots. 4.0-428 onwards I get "Failed to compile pixel shader" errors. Recent Dolphin builds just crashes. D3D backend working fine.

Not all games affected.
Working:
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Killer 7
Mario Kart Wii
Muramasa
NSMBW
Pandora's Tower
Project Zero 2
Star Fox Adventures
Star Fox: Assault
The Last Story
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Xenoblade Chronicles

Not working:
Baten Kaitos 1+2
Dead Space Ex
LotR Return of the King
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
Project Zero 4
Wii Sports Resort
Windows 10 Pro
i7 3770K
AMD Radeon RX480 8GB
16GB DDR3

As per this post, I think you need to roll back to 332.21 at most to avoid the crashing. You'll crash with 334.89 or higher, as nVidia still hasn't fixed the problem.

Alright I get that. But why is the removal of Tegra 4 support giving me errors on a desktop gpu? Also recent builds simply crash without error message this shouldn't happen.

Thanks for the update! I've been waiting to switch drivers until nVidia resolved this problem.
