i have no idea what that is.. and thats what's gining me an error and shuts down Dolhpin every time!!

please tell me what that is and where i can download or something...

What is the error? Please give us your PC specs. Esp, what kind of graphics card you have. Also, did you read the Dolphin Requirements under the General Discussion forums and download everything it says to??
