I'm quite aware that this is often controversial to talk about (OpenEmu Devs frequently shutdown any conversation on this), but with the recent issues with dolphin's main application in Catalina making it effectively useless, would it be possible for the someone on the dolphin team to fix the OpenEmu core plug-in? I attempted to compile the most recent testing core and something is broken with the graphics. I think the moltenvk layer need to be implemented for it to function correctly (I seem to remember opengl being completely broken on mac), and that is a task that I don't fully comprehend unlike updating modules and correcting for changes to the opengl core.

I understand most of this is over my head and just another annoying thing for any development team (sorry), but the connection is there and just needs to be ironed out.

As far as I can tell, Dolphin still works on macOS Catalina, as the new notarization requirements that prevents apps not properly notarized from launching aren't enforced (yet?). Regarding other forks, as far as I know we don't officially support any of them, so it's up to the fork maintainers to do that (e.g. the Dolphin core in RetroArch is maintained by the RetroArch team, not us)...
