OpenCL

I don't know if my 8800GT supports it but according to some nvidia list it should. Anyway, I started GPUz and there's no bock in the OpenCL section so I figure it doesn't.

Anyone can confirm this and explain in short what its advantages (and dis) would be in Dolphin? Smile

your 8800 supports it
and the advantages are that you have less stuttering in games because of texture-decompressing (done much faster by the graphics card - and the CPU can "concentrate" only on emulating - not texture decompressing while emulating)

Thanks but I still don't understand how to get it. I got the 258s drivers but I didn't get any. Do I need some SDK package or something?

When i check openCL, my games are emulate at the same speed, does it really work ?
