When I try to open dolphin, I get error message "The program can't start because openAL32.dll is missing. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" followed by the same message, but instead of openAL32, it's SDL.dll. Reinstalling doesn't fix Does anyone know wht the problem is or what the fix is?

It sounds like you are just running the .exe straight from the archive (or not extracting any of the other files). Drag the Dolphin-x64 folder onto your Desktop, then run Dolphin.exe. (and follow NKF98's suggestion above, you're using a build still with SDL...)
