I am having problem with Graphics backend open gl.I am having this problem from Dolphin 4.0.I am still having this problem in Dolphin 5.0.Example:I played Mario Kart wii with direct3d 11 with many times before now i am starting Mario Kart Wii for the first time with open gl after i downloaded Dolphin 5.0 it works perfectly, now i have finished playing mario kart wii i close it.Now the next time i open it with open gl Dolphin Sends a pop up saying dolphin stopped working and i have to close the program and Mario Kart Wii never works with open gl but it works fine with direct3d 11.I can play another game with open gl one time and then it stops working with open gl.I can play every Game with open gl once.

I wasn't having that much of a problem in Dolphin 4.0 but in 5.0 open gl is recommended and direct 3d 11 causes some graphics problem.

Thanks for your help

This happens on my intel hd 4000. Closing dolphin and reopening it allows it to boot. If you are using opengl because of sparkles look at this https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-4-0-1288-and-over-causes-sparkles-in-d3d

I'm sorry this has nothing to do with fixing your problem, but I had the exact, and I mean the EXACT, same problem with Project64. I'd install a fresh build, play a game and everything works perfectly fine. End emulation and close it out. Load it up and go to play that game again, and it would just crash with the same pop up saying it stopped working. Very odd.

IIRC there was a buggy intel GPU driver with such a behavior. Did you update it at some point?
