open gl plugin slower than direct3d9 plugin

I have a problem...when im running metroid prime with direct3d9 i get like 18fsp through the slow part of the intro thats really hard to emulate...but when i use open gl i get about 3

with direct3d9 i get about 40 fps average in most places but open gl is only about 18-22

any fixes for this??

If anybody would have anykind of information about this it would be really greatly appreciated....my system specs are below....I could really use this...i dont have crashes its just oooooooooober slow!! lol

can anyone help me?? is there some setting in my nvidia card that i have to change?? ughhh i just got the plugin to work...grrr lol

I think the direct3d9 plugin nowadays is better than opengl one...if you would use win 7 x64 you can rich higher framrates..but remember: update dolphin to the latest revision every months(or week).
