Open GL ES 2.0 to 3.0 port (with root)

I was wondering if there's any way for me to port open GL es 3 to my rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 L-710. Btw I'm also trying to do this through the phone.

So you want to port a new GPU to your mobile? It's not just a driver update, it would also require a new GPU. The MSM8960 with the Adreno 225 is never ever able to support OpenGL ES 3
