Open GL error

I'm not so sure why but if i download any dolphin version over 4.0-623 i get this error

"GPU: OGL ERROR:
Need GL_ARB_sampler_objects.
GPU: Does your video card support OpenGL 3.3?
Please report this issue, then there will be a workaround"

What does this basically mean? Open GL works on the other versions just not the latest ones.

Dolphin isn't support on OSX 10.7.X anymore. I think you'll need to upgrade to OSX 10.8
