ok so i am really bored adn did a test...I tested Zelda tp GC version and ran it...it went about 1-3 fps throught the beginning...then i copy and pasted the game into ramdisk...and it ended up getting oh about 75% speed....lol
Intel® Core™2 duo CPU 2.40 GH NVIDIA geforce 9700 GT 6.00GB RAM Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit laptop or Ubuntu 64 bit linux system (just installed Tongue)
Nvidia 9600 gtm oc core clock: 500>610
shader clock: 1250>1525
memory clock:400>510
my laptop = BeAsT!! Tongue

WTF! Too bad I can't use opengl with my onboard graphics card! Angry

but if more people test this i will add this to my thread for things that speed up dolphin w/o hardware upgrades in the general discussion forum

if people can test this out and prove they get speed ups, even if they aren't as epic as this, i will add this
