Ive done quite a bit of research. Ive been studying up on Open GL 2.0. With its components it seems very likely to be able to be optimized and put together and used for Dolphin Emulator Android! Granted if this WAS done it would only provide a very small boost. According to my calculations the boost would get up to speeds of about 14.76 Fps on Super Smash Bros Melee On a Galaxy S3 L-710. Anyone whos willing to attempt this would be very kind to do so. Its a small boost but it would definitly provide a much more playable state as to the software renderer. For the sake of the older devices. Please...

Dolphin requires at least OpenGL ES 3.0 or OpenGL 3.3. It won't work with lower versions; GC/Wii GPU is capable of fancy things that can't be emulated correctly in older versions of OpenGL/DirectX...
