Open CL + AMD Catalyst (APP) 10.10

Is there any performance boost by enabling Open CL? Cause I don't notice any performance difference, even with the fully compatible latest AMD Radeon drivers (10.10) with Open CL.

you have a 4850,opencl is barely "Beta" support.

my mistake , i thought your were asking another question
to answer you question they will not likely to have a small boost of peformance with amd catalyst
because the devs are always fixing video plugins and adding patches.

but if your was asking about pc games , then you will have a massive improvement on games

That doesn't make any sense. I can't think of a single pc game that uses opencl for anything yet.

Only some games get an fps increase from opencl. For most games it will not improve your framerate at all. It may help improve in-game load times though.
