I'm looking for a set of circumaural open headphones. I currently have a set of HA-RX 700, they're great for everything other than talking to people on skype with, which I have been doing while gaming for 4 hours at a time with one cup oddly positioned to I can hear my own voice. Without doing this I talk like a def person.

I basically want something that's open and as comfortable as possible for somewhere between $25-$35. I'm not really fussed about sound quality, or the color. But they must have a 3.5mm input and not be usb.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Although it is slightly above your budget (at $45), I greatly recommend the Gamecom 388 headset.

I used to have the 380 model, which is almost identical but older. (Also if you're put off by the lack of reviews for the 388, check out the 380 or the amazon.co.uk page.) All I really have to say is summarized by this review on amazon.co.uk. (The top reviews on amazon.com are more concerned with the sound quality, which you said isn't too important to you.)

Since you seem to want almost the exact same thing from a headset as I do - namely, comfort and openness - I think that this headset should be pretty ideal for you, and well worth the extra 10 bucks. I used to wear it for 5-6+ hours a day almost every day at one point, and never experienced any discomfort.

What about these?

They look comfy, and they're probably pretty good.

Too rich for my blood I'm afraid, they do look good though. I really don't need the mic and all the on headphone controls.

Dogen, I'd like something that fully open not semi and really want something with plenty of good reviews.
