Onlive Universal controller

I wonder if anyone has had any luck with this controller. It works fine for most of my games,either on it's own (d-input) or using x360ce. In Dolphin I see it listed 4 times (as d-input) when I look at the drop down box, but I try each of them and have no luck. So I set up x360ce in the Dolphin folder and I see no difference at all in Dolphin although the x360ce app says it's working fine. Any thoughts?
