I tried a quick session on oneplus 5 and it is the smoothest i have played on any phone or tablet so far. It is not 100% but for not using any settings or anything it runs reasonable on first sight.
I tried zelda but couldn't get the frame rate to show. it isn't completely smooth but it is very playable in the windwaker. On zelda twp it is still playable but it has moments where it gets choppy. How do i optimize it best for snapdragon 835? what cpu speed etc would you recommend? Also how can i get the fps counter up there (i checked the box but can't see it). If i can see it i can update you with fps numbers.

I will try the settings you give me. If you want i can make a video. (i only own games i used to have (resident evils, zelda's, pikmin)

What else is there to say:

I own the s8+ and this is my daily phone and it is way heavier in a case then the one plus 5 without a case it is really a big difference.
The exynos is more stable and a lot cooler then the s835. the one plus gets really hot. in futuremark it showed 40 degrees and over vs 25 degrees to 30 degrees for the exynos.
The gpu performance is a little better then the s8+ but not by a lot at all in the regular 3d tests.
It had some bugs compared to the plug and play feeling of the s8+. But i got most of it fixed in a couple of minutes with the help of forums.
The screen is great. It is almost as good as the s8+ and the fact that it has buttons below the screen makes up quite a lot for the lack of screen size.

My main dislike is how warm it gets, and my main liking is how light it feels and small it is.

Use vulkan. Work great with zelda games.

Also try to underclock CPU in dolphin settings for 30/40

This means you do not own the games anymore and thus is piracy.

That's a stretch. Downloading games is prohibited, but nothing like that has ever been mentioned by the OP. It's not far-fetched to have dumps/rips and lose/sell the original discs you used to own. We're not here to play copyright police like that for games, especially when laws vary by country. We can't reasonably assume OP downloaded anything; there's not even evidence that they "found" a copy as pirates say.

AFAIK having a rip of a game without owning the actual disk is piracy. Since he said he used to own these games it means he doesn't have the disk anymore. Nowhere am I accusing him of downloading.

So Steam games are all pirated, since you don't have the game disc...
PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / GTX 660 2GB / 16GB DDR4 3600MHz / Windows 10 Pro

Phones: Poco F3 8/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

We are talking official Gamecube and Wii releases here... nobody ever spoke about Steam.
And in b4 what about wiishop releases (wiiware/vc) has nothing to do with this.

AFAIK still having your ISO after selling the disc is indeed piracy, but it is fine to use the ISO after you've lost the disc.

But isn't this too offtopic already?
