Onechanbara help?

okay well this is my first post here.
ive tried running this game Onechanbara:Bikini Zombie Slayers
on SVN r4771.
it runs menu's i get between 59-74 (depending on my config)
but in game i cant seem to get it to go above 16 fps.
ive tried it on two different computers.

1st-AMD Athlon™64 processor
3500+
2.20 GHz 1.00 GB of RAM

2nd-AMD Athalon™64 X2 Dualcore Processor
4200+
2.20 ghZ 2.00 GB of RAM

so...can anyone help me understand why its going so slow?
ive seen multiple videos showing it at full speed,
and people say that its pretty playable besides the sound?
(My sound is perfect though lol)

how about you revive it and get information from the people who have experience there Instead of creating multiple threads about the same thing. please .-.
