Hi.
I recently tested Dolphin SVN R 800 (Old, old. It isnt?) Well the point is:
-When I charged SSBM it ran at 12 FPS but 411-485 MHZ out of 485 MHZ O.o

Whoa. I couldnt believe it, it was very fast. My computer is slow but sometimes went to 510 MHZ but there was a graphical issue, the floor in every stage was black.

In newer versions this graphical issue has been solved but the speed has been decreased. In my case I run 15-27 FPS- 35/60 VPS.

In older version the speed in some games was good but with graphic issues and some games didnt ran at all. But in the newest the compatibilty list is looonger the quality is best but the speed is decreased.

The question is:

So the developers are making the possible to combine speed and quality on every Version to improve the game performance?
Hope the emulation gets better in the future Smile

I leave you 2 screenshots:

haha

in the old revs is not everything emulated
that means many games wont work...
in the newest revs very much was implemented but this needs cpu time - so games get "slow"
now combine both Tongue

the emu will get better
just wait
