Oh man, you guys are asking without reading the thread...

Oh man, using older revision IS NOT the way to solve the problem...
It's just a way around. I'm looking for something that will get rid of hanging loading screen on the newest revisions.

OK, this is One Piece Unlimited Cruise running on Lectrode's r6496 patched build.

To get rid of the bloom effect you must get the modified DX9 plugin from the 6222 build found in this chinese forum and substitute it with Lectrode's build one.

here's the link to the modified chinese build:

Maybe it's because the html page name has spaces, so it creates problems.
Just copy and paste the following address manually:
"http://dolphin-builds.0sites.net/htm/dolphin.htm#Dolphin-emu Revision 6496_OP_XFNC"

I got 6222build and speed is way too slow comparing to Lectrode's r6496 patched build on my I7 920 system

6496 basically gives me a steady 60 fps when I uses fps lock........

Indeed. I prefer Lectrode's build too since is processor optimized and newer.
That's why i took the file "Plugin_VideoDX9.dll" from build 6222 "Plugins" folder and put in Lectrode's build "Plugins" folder, then selected and configured it from Lectrode's settings menu.
The 6222 DX9 plugin is unique (probably a hack), removes the bloom and keeps menu and dialogues visible making the game playable.

It works nicely, finally can enjoy the game without any bug/ glitch/ boom etc.......

Thanks a lot ^^
