Finally it works at 100%, here the right configs

Dolphin r6914 x64

General
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Enable Dual Core (speedup) - ON
Enable Idle Skipping (speedup) - ON
Framelimit - 60 (100 % speed)
Skip GC BIOS - ON
JIT Recompiler (recommended) as CPU emulator engine
Lock threads to core - OFF
DSPLLE on thread - OFF
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Display
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Fullscreen / window resolution - 1280 x 1024 (for me || 1280 x 1024 = 720p)
Enable Progressive Scan - ON
Set Console as NTSC-J
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Wii
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Use EuRGB60 Mode (PAL60) - ON
Aspect Ratio - 16:9 (it's better than 4:3 as graphic mode)
System Language - Choose your language (Remember: OP Unlimited Adventure is only in english/japanese)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Plugin
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Direct3D11 with EFB Scaled Copy, Enable CPU Access, Enable Copy to Texture, Enable Normal (safe texture), Disable Fox, EnableOpenCL
-------------------------------------------------------------------
DSP-HLE with Enable HLE Audio, 32.000 Hz, DSound and 100%

Game runs with 60 FPS, there are only some slow downs for the enemies' number

I hope who love OP will read this topic and play finally to its fantastic game. Great work Dolphin's staff ; ) Regards Sakretsu.

P.S. See my signature to know on what computer I tested it.
My PC: i5 760 @ 2.80 GHz, 6 GB RAM (1333 MHz), Ati Radeon HD 5670 with 1 GB, Windows 7 64 bit, 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution

E5200 limit at 3.4Ghz i believe , as long as the voltage not over 1.368v

Hey guys,

I'm trying to run Unlimited Cruise 1 on the newest version of Dolphin, and besides its speed, it's all great. It's always around 55-65% speed-wise.
Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit with service pack 1
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor 3.10 GHz
4 gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5750

Any suggestions on how can I speed it up? I'm using the Direct3D11 Video Backend at the configs; only way to prevent the annoying white shining.
