Dear Dolphin and friends,

Video Demonstrating my issue: https://youtu.be/7ymRmY5IoqA

When I add an additional controller, it cannot be used as the first controller ends up controlling the new input. In other words, player 1 also controls player 2. I am aware about selecting the separate inputs (1, 2 etc) which I understand is a common user error. This isn't the case.

eg. I have two XBOX ONE controllers. If I moved the joystick on player 1, it would also move player 2. The additional controller I am trying to connect to dolphin is not responsive.

Note, the controllers both work normally outside of Dolphin Emulator and are connected via wifi. Connection via wifi and bluetooth, usb etc have the same problem with Dolphin regardless.

Previous trouble shooting steps:

I solved the issue once by installing the latest dolphin and deleting the Dolphin Emulator folder in the documents folder. The issue re-emerged (I didn't change a thing). But now trying my previous fix, even with a fresh install of the latest build, and a brand new dolphin emulator folder the issue persists.

Versions I have tried:

Version: 5.0 - 8490
Version: 5.0 - 8510

PC Specifications:

Surface Book 2 15"
CPU: i7 8650U
RAM: 16gb
Geforce GTX 1060
