Sure, no complains from me. I see no reason why to keep the Texture Format Converter alive since the new texture format has been around for quite some time for most users to get adjusted to, and as you said, the old builds still remain when needed so. So far, I suppose that the latest development build (5.0-1318) still has the convert feature, correct?
I do believe that Razius intended for update his Super Mario Sunshine and Super Paper Mario texture packs in the new texture format in the following months.

I still am, generally, but for the next 2 months imma have some time to spare so i'll try and release some dormant packs (started them back in 2012) i have, but they are only HUDs and some particles, no ingame textures. Need to dump them for this new format.
Super Mario Sunshine Im going to re-release the pack in PNG format, fixing some textures and adding the missing fonts (coz im sure i have them). I might also release some ingame textures from back in 2012

I've also noticed that new tool that converts Glide64 textures into Dolphin ones so i can use it to convert my Super Paper Mario project from the old Dolphin format into the new one as well. So it will prob take me a while to release something (a week or a month, depends if im gonna start playing SPM right now or work on Rayman 3 and Mario Sunshine).
